In order to install HelpForShopping plugin you need to follow the steps above. Once the installation and setup procedure is completed, depending on the active subscription, there are different ways to use HelpForShopping For Free and Growth accounts - Free and Growth accounts allow you to use your own agents to interact to your website visitors through HelpForShopping Widget There are 2 main ways to do so: Wait for the user to interact with you, i.e. sending a message from the widget after picking the product category that they need help for In this case the chat request will appear in your agent's dashboard "Chat" area under the "Active Chats" tab, which we recommend to check frequently Initiate the interaction with the user by writing in the message selecting the visitor from the "Opportunities" tab in the "Chat" are in HelpForShopping agent's dashboard Once a chat has been initiated either by you or the visitor, it will be found either on the left column "Messages" or in the "History" tab in the "Chat" area. For the counting of the chat limit for Free tier accounts, a chat is counted only if at least one product was recommended. For Accounts with Experts Addon - If you have activated the experts addon on your account, independent product experts can interact with your visitors, helping them to pick the right product for their need. Agents and Experts performance can be monitored through your client dashboard on the HelpForShopping App.
Simply deactivate and delete the plugin.
