TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WordPress site owners who host images on Cloudinary and want to display them through the media library without duplicating storage. It solves the problem of needing to upload or import external images locally by letting users add Cloudinary-hosted images to the media library via the API, so gallery plugins that rely on the media library can still show them.
