Go to Ni Invoice > Order List, find the order with the filters and click the red PDF icon. The invoice downloads as a PDF file.

Yes. Go to Ni Invoice > Settings and choose a logo and a signature from the Media Library. Both are optional. PNG, JPG and GIF are supported, and a PNG with a transparent background looks best.

Yes. In Settings > Invoice number choose Automatic sequential number, set the next number, a prefix such as INV-, a suffix such as /{Y} and the minimum digits. The WooCommerce order number is not changed.

No. The invoice number and invoice date are saved on the order the first time its invoice is created, so every download shows the same values. The Preview invoice button does not use up a number.

Yes. Pick one of 9 preset colors or any custom color in Settings > Invoice color.

Yes. Add them to Footer notes in the settings. Line breaks are kept and basic HTML such as bold text is allowed.

Yes. Choose Letter, A4, Legal or A5 in the order list before downloading.

Yes. It is declared compatible with High-Performance Order Storage and also works with legacy order storage.

The invoice uses a Unicode font, so symbols like ₹, €, £ and ¥ print correctly from version 1.6.0. Please update to the latest version.
