Yes. Specify the title, description, image and object type manually on each page or post in the Open Graphite metabox. There appears to be duplicate sets of open graph tags Any other plugin that inserts Open Graph tags into your website may conflict with Open Graphite. If Yoast SEO or Jetpack is active, Open Graphite can turn off their Open Graph output for you (Settings > Open Graphite).
