Working hours are set on the person, not on the service, so every doctor or stylist has their own calendar; one person can cover more than one specialty. The assistant shows the combined availability of everyone who can perform the service and only asks the visitor to pick a person when more than one is actually free at that time.

Yes! The Basic plan is free forever and includes 500 requests/month and 1 domain — no credit card required.

You receive an email with the request and two buttons: Approve or Cancel. On approval, both you and the customer get a confirmation email with an .ics calendar file attached. Unanswered requests expire automatically after 24 hours (or when the slot passes) and the time is released. Customers can cancel themselves using their booking code.
