Yes. Search for "Pryxo Document Listing" in the block inserter. It offers the same filtering, layout, and pagination options as the shortcode through the block's sidebar settings.
No. Go to Pryxo Document Listing > Shortcode Builder, configure the categories, filter, layout, pagination, and background options with a form, and copy the generated shortcode.

Yes. Each document has a file upload/select button and also accepts HTTP(S) external file URLs.
