Yes. The plugin is free and fully working. You only pay OpenRouter for the AI usage on your own account.

It depends on the model you choose and how long the conversations are. Most conversations cost a fraction of a cent. The dashboard shows your cost per conversation and the credit left on your OpenRouter key.

Any model on OpenRouter that can use tools, from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Meta and many more. Settings shows each model's price and marks a few we recommend. You can switch models at any time.

Yes. Turn on Dictation in Settings, Chat widget. A mic button appears in the chat, and what the visitor says lands in the message box so they can check it before sending. On a computer they can also hold Space in the empty message box. Browsers only allow the microphone on sites that use https. Dictation works in many languages and uses your OpenRouter credits.

Yes. When the agent can't help, it asks for the visitor's email and sends your team the request with a summary of the conversation.

In your own WordPress database. They never leave your site except when they are sent to OpenRouter to write a reply, a title or a summary.

Yes. Turn on Require consent in Settings, Privacy and data. Visitors then agree to your privacy policy before they can chat.

Yes. It replies in the language the visitor writes in, and the dashboard shows the language of each conversation.

Pick your brand color and avatar in Settings, Chat widget. For anything more, add your own styles in Appearance, Customize, Additional CSS, or in the Styles panel of the Site Editor. The widget sits inside #wpreplai-root.

The widget loads a small script and stylesheet at the bottom of the page, without any third party scripts. AI replies are fetched only when a visitor sends a message.
