TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WordPress site owners who need to set a favicon separately from their Site Icon. It solves the problem of not being able to set a unique favicon URL when a Site Icon is already configured, by adding a dedicated Site Favicon option under Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.
