TL;DR

AI summary of the plugin's readme

This plugin is for WordPress site owners, though it is now obsolete since WordPress core has natively lazy-loaded images since version 5.5 and iframes since version 5.7. It previously delayed loading of below-the-fold images and iframes to speed up page load and save bandwidth, but keeping it active can now hurt Core Web Vitals (LCP) unless the site specifically needs lazy loading of CSS background images.
