Yes. When a fatal error takes the site down, WordPress still emails you the recovery link. I left that one alone on purpose - it's the email you always want to get.

Yes. Core sends those to the account holder, so the plugin only suppresses them when the account holder is the site admin. Everyone else keeps getting them. It's their warning that someone took over the account.

Yes, each group has its own filter (listed in the Description). For example, add_filter( 'tsans_disable_comment_emails', '__return_false' ); in a small plugin or mu-plugin turns comment notifications back on and leaves the rest silenced.

Yes, and I don't love it. WordPress sends the moderation email to the admin and to the post author, if that author can edit the comment. The notify_moderator filter turns the whole email on or off, though - it can't drop just the admin from the recipients. If your members moderate comments, switch the group off with add_filter( 'tsans_disable_comment_emails', '__return_false' );. The catch: you'll also start getting "new comment on your post" notices again.
