From your own site. Caretta reads your pages and posts and, on a WooCommerce store, your products, and answers from that. When it is unsure it says so and puts the question in your Gaps list instead of guessing.
The plugin is free and stays free. Caretta is our paid service, so you need a WAPI account with credit on it. Pricing is on https://wapiso.com/caretta-assistant
A few minutes. Install, connect, tick one box. The assistant starts from what your site already publishes, so there is nothing to train and no answers to write up front.
Visitors get answers in the language they write in. The chat window itself is available in English, Turkish and German and follows the visitor's browser unless you set one. The plugin's admin screens are in English, with a Turkish translation.
No. The assistant loads after your page, from your own site, and stays a small button until someone clicks it. It fetches nothing from anywhere else as the service is set up today; the one thing that could, Cloudflare's bot check, is covered under External services and is switched off.
Yes. Show it across the site, or limit it to the front page, to certain kinds of content, or to pages you list yourself. You can also exclude single pages, hide it on phones, or show it only to logged-in or logged-out visitors.
Yes, and it is built for it. Once you connect your account on a store, your published products reach the assistant, which then answers with real names, prices and stock status and shows the product in the chat with a link. New and edited products follow automatically. Nothing is sent before you connect, and disconnecting stops it.
They are kept in your WAPI account, where you can read them. Your WordPress database keeps the counts and the unanswered questions; the chats themselves are not stored there.
No. It stays on your server. Your pages carry nothing that looks like a key, because the assistant expects it from your site rather than from the page.
Yes. You can step into a conversation from your WAPI account, and the visitor keeps writing in the same window.
