Common questions about Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce
Open any order from WooCommerce > Orders, and you'll see a Shipment Tracking meta box. Select a shipping carrier, enter the tracking number, and save. The tracking info and a link to track the shipment will automatically appear in the customer's order email and on their My Account > Orders page.
Tracking details appear in two places: in the order status email (Shipped/Completed) and on the customer's My Account > View Order page. If you use the WooCommerce order tracking shortcode, guest customers can also view their tracking info by entering their email and order ID.

Yes. You can add as many tracking numbers as needed to a single order. All tracking entries will be displayed to your customer in the order email and on their My Account page.

Yes. AST is compatible with popular custom order number plugins. You can use custom order numbers (not just the default WooCommerce order ID) in the CSV import. See the compatibility list for supported plugins.
Yes. If you use external shipping services or fulfillment tools that work with the WooCommerce REST API, they can use the AST shipment tracking API endpoint to create, update, and delete tracking entries on orders.
