Because new AI crawlers appear frequently, this list may lag slightly behind the live detection patterns shipped in the plugin. Starting in version 1.4.11, detected visits are classified into two groups: Autonomous AI (training/patrol) – Crawlers like GPTBot or ClaudeBot that periodically and automatically collect content, typically for AI model training or search indexing. Human-triggered AI reference – Crawlers like ChatGPT-User, Claude-User, Perplexity-User, or Google-NotebookLM that only fetch a page because a person asked an AI assistant about that specific URL. This distinction helps you see not just how much AI traffic your site receives, but why it's happening.

Detected crawler visits are stored in your WordPress database. The stored data is used to show crawler trends, crawler breakdowns, top pages, and related dashboard information.

No. Local crawler logging works without enabling external tracking. External tracking is optional and only activates when you explicitly enable it in the plugin settings page.

All plugin settings stored in the WordPress database are removed automatically on uninstall.
