Common questions about lxix Email Firewall

One per line, or separated by commas. A domain can also be written as *.example.com, @example.com or https://example.com/.

Yes. Blocked recipients are removed from the email before the mailer plugin gets it. Some mailer plugins report an email as failed when every recipient was blocked; the email is still not sent.

No. Services like MailerLite, Mailchimp or Klaviyo send their emails from their own servers, not through WordPress, so lxix Email Firewall doesn't see them. It doesn't stop their plugins from passing the addresses of your customers and form users to the service either: block or unsubscribe these addresses in the service itself.

Invoice plugins that create the invoice when they attach it to an email, like PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, don't create it when WooCommerce skips the email to the blocked customer. Attach the invoice to the New order email too, or create it by hand on the order's page.

Yes, forms are an Elementor Pro feature.

Every field of the submission. If any of them holds a blocked email address, the submission is handled as blocked.
