No. Connecting from Peloran (Connect store) or completing link from WooCommerce → Peloran creates read/write WooCommerce REST API keys labeled “Peloran” and sends them securely to Peloran.

No for the normal flow. Peloran opens WordPress with a one-time secure link. An advanced “paste token” field remains for emergencies.

No. Storefront scripts are enqueued only after a successful Connect.

No. The plugin always connects to https://app.peloran.com. Arbitrary origins are rejected. I started in Peloran but onboarding will not continue Install and activate the plugin from WordPress.org, then use Connect and open Peloran in WooCommerce → Peloran (or Connect store if you started in the Peloran app). Wizard steps stay locked until that link succeeds.

No. Peloran is designed so personally identifiable customer fields—such as email address, phone number, name, and postal address—are not persisted in Peloran’s application database. When those attributes are required for a merchant workflow (for example, identity resolution or a messaging journey), they are retrieved through live, authenticated queries against your store’s commerce APIs or equivalent real-time sources, used for the operation at hand, and not retained as a durable PII store. Session and behavioral analytics remain focused on aggregate and pseudonymous signals rather than a copy of your customer directory.
