Add the supported campaign parameters to LiteSpeed Cache > Cache > Excludes > Do Not Cache Query Strings, and remove utm*, gclid, fbclid, msclkid, and ttclid from Drop Query String. Purge all caches after saving. Normal pages remain cacheable while campaign landing requests can be processed by the tracker.
