Yes, if your site runs WooCommerce, you can seamlessly integrate Pircel.

No. A product marked Virtual in WooCommerce is never quoted, never added to a parcel, and never carries a delivery charge. An order containing only virtual products gets no shipping rates at all. A product that is Downloadable but not Virtual — a printed book bundled with its PDF, say — still ships normally. Downloadable on its own never stops something being delivered. In a mixed basket, only the physical items decide the parcel's weight and dimensions. The digital lines still count toward the order total and anything collected on delivery, because the buyer owes that money either way; they simply do not affect what the courier is asked to carry.

Pircel reports what each item is — a physical good, a digital good, a gift card or a service — alongside whether it needs delivery. It reads this from the product type first: a gift card sold through a gift-card plugin is reported as a gift card whether you post it or email it, and a WooCommerce Bookings product is reported as a service. Anything that needs delivery is reported as a physical good, whatever else comes with it — boxed software with a licence key is still a physical good. For products that need no delivery, Pircel looks for a marker left by a licence-key plugin, then falls back to the Downloadable checkbox. Marker detection is best effort and covers specific plugins by name: License Manager for WooCommerce and Digital License Manager. If you use a different one, your products will come through unclassified until you add the filter shown below — that is expected, not a fault. One case cannot be told apart from any of that: a product that is Virtual with no file attached and no plugin marker might be an emailed activation key, a membership, or a booked session, and WooCommerce records all three identically. Pircel reports those as unclassified rather than guessing. This affects reporting only — such products are never charged shipping regardless.
